Perched 200m above the ground, EON51 Fine Dining is no doubt the highest haute dining concept in Saigon, offering unique experience in a truly unrivaled setting. Our restaurant features two distinct dining areas: the Open Kitchen and the VIP area, and a high-table section, known as Couple Café, for those who want to admire the spectacular cityscape with tasty drinks.
Upon ascending 51 stories, tensions of the outside world just fade away; guests are thrilled by floor – to – ceiling continuous glass walls proffering unparalleled panoramic cityscape from nearly every table. The contemporary interiors, infused by vintage-touched furnishing, perfectly merge with the building’s ultra-modern structure and create a sophisticated ambience.
Located in the heart of the restaurant there is a theater kitchen where diners can enjoy all the action involved in cooking their superb culinary delights. A few steps away from the kitchen station there is a temperature-controlled cellar displaying a broad selection of wines from reputable wine-producing regions, e.g., Bordeaux, Burgundy, Loire Valley, Rhone Valley and etc.
Though our cellar leans heavily on French varietals, we also have plenty of wines from New Zealand, Australia (Barossa Valley), Chile, Italia, USA (Napa Valley) in the mix for guests to choose from. For those who may need advice on food-wine pairings, our knowledgeable sommelier is always there to help.
Cuong Do, our head chef, used to be in charge of Signature Restaurant kitchen, an integral part of Sheraton Saigon Hotel, as Chef de Partie from 2003 to 2010, and has been in position of Executive Chef at EON51 Fine Dining since then.
Our kitchen is run by a professional team 10 people who have been tempered in the highest segment of gastronomy for years, and have a great passion for cooking and crafting mouthgasm dishes.
Our menus are inspired by the flavors of Western cuisines, orchestrated from finest locally sourced produce and top-quality, imported ingredients.
Besides our chef’s monthly recommendations, guests are always welcome to create their own menu with a wide selection of a la carte dishes.

EON51 Fine Dining is the definitive destination for bespoke private dining, corporate engagements and everything in between. As aforementioned, our restaurant is divided into three separate spaces which are:
- Open Kitchen dining area, seating from 30 to 40 guests.
- VIP dining area, seating from 50 to 60 guests.
- Couple Café, seating up to 20 couples.
Rental of the entire restaurant for larger functions is also available as we can utilize the spaces for groups from 140 to 250 guests depending on the event type and seating arrangements.
