American Culinary Week at the only Sky Dining in Saigon

Bringing friends and family to EON51 Sky Dining this Thanksgiving season, guests will have an opportunity to indulge in a unique American dinner accompanied by live music performance as well as iconic, panoramic views over the bustle city from the highest restaurant of Saigon. From 21st to 26th of November, the restaurant offers a lavish 5-course American set dinner exquisitely prepared by the talented chefs to create a feast for the senses. The flair dinner is best described as a unique blend of the time-honored and the avant-garde American delicacies, such as Pan fried Louisiana Crab Cake, Tex-Mex Beef Soup, Roasted American Scallop served with Risotto and wild Mushrooms, Oven Roasted Turkey, and beautifully prepared Mixed Berry Baked Cheesecake as dessert. The turkeys, key ingredient of the set menu, are well-selected and imported from North America. They will be roasted in a traditional way with herb stuffing. However, there is an elegant twist on the tradition that the Chef ensures it will excite the diners instantly.

This 5-course menu made from top-notch ingredients from America will cost VND 1,450,000++/person.

Live Music will be performed by 2 violins on 21st, 24th and 25th of November.
